Explore three distinct custom homes by Maric Homes, from modern infill to traditional and riverfront estates, and discover the thoughtful design and craftsmanship behind each unique home.

At Maric, interior design is not only another service we offer, it's also an integral part of every custom home and renovation we build.

If you're been researching custom home builders, you've likely come across the term 'Design Build'. At Maric, this means your home is designed and built by one integrated team, all under one contract.

For many Manitobans, cottage life is more than a seasonal getaway. It’s deeply rooted in family traditions, connection, and some of life’s most meaningful memories.

Land inventory refers to lots a builder has already sourced and evaluated for future homes. These properties are selected with key factors in mind, including location and build feasibility.

A renovation is an opportunity to reimagine how your home supports the way you live, move, and gather every day. At Maric, that belief is at the core of every project.

“As a custom home builder, we have participated in the Parade of Homes for almost thirty years,” said Dan Rolfe, President of Maric Homes.

This contemporary infill is a strong example of what luxury can look like when it is rooted in quality, performance, and thoughtful problem solving.

At Maric, we stay informed by reviewing global design forecasts each year, from colour predictions and material innovations to evolving interior styles.

The Fall Parade of Homes Magazine, produced by the Winnipeg Free Press, recently featured an in-depth article with insights from Dan Rolfe, president of Maric.

From our beginnings up to today, we've always been committed to craftsmanship and a focus on what makes a home feel comfortable and considered.
