When Dan is not at home with his family or working, he enjoys spending his free time on the golf course, embracing the same dedication that he brings to his role at Maric.
Martin is the primary point of contact for all site-related matters, working closely with clients, trades, and project teams ensuring every project is built with quality and efficiency. His dedication to craftsmanship and unmatched industry knowledge ensures that every Maric home is built with precision, durability, and comfort.
When he’s not traveling between sites, Martin enjoys spending time with his family golfing and fishing—two of his favorite ways to unwind and recharge.
As Vice President of Operations at Maric, Tanya plays a key role in ensuring seamless project execution while fostering a culture of transparency and great communication. With extensive experience in the industry, she is committed to supporting clients every step of the way, assuring excellence in every detail. Tanya combines professional dedication with a love for life’s simple pleasures, bringing a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to leadership.
Outside of work, Tanya loves connecting over a cappuccino with friends, travelling, and learning. Her developing collection of wines and the stories behind them has led to her growing appreciation of the craftsmanship in each bottle.
As our Construction Coordinator, Bonnie is the main point of contact between clients and our construction team. She serves as a vital liaison between clients and site, ensuring clear communication and a smooth building process. Whether answering questions, providing updates, or assisting with any matters that arise during construction, Bonnie is dedicated to making the experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work Bonnie loves travelling, shopping for her next spectacular outfit, and spending time with her family and two energetic puppies, Bella & Magic.
With decades of hands-on experience in residential construction, John brings a deep understanding of all facets of homebuilding and a commitment to quality to every project. As Site Supervisor, he oversees daily operations on site, ensuring timelines are met, craftsmanship stays top-tier, and every detail is completed meticulously. John works closely with trades, suppliers, and homeowners to keep communication clear and the building process running smoothly.
After a day of work, John enjoys quality time with his family, especially soaking up moments with his grandchild. When he’s not on site, you’ll likely find him keeping busy with a hands-on project or lending a hand wherever it’s needed.
Ron’s background in detailed carpentry brings expertise and precision to his role as our Service Representative. Dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, Ron ensures that all one-year warranty items are addressed with care and efficiency. In addition to his service work, Ron also assists with the construction of clients’ homes, applying his craftsmanship and experience to support the building process wherever needed.
Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s hunting, fishing, or simply appreciating nature.
As our Mobilization Specialist, Nick plays a crucial role in keeping our team mobile and efficient. Whether he’s maintaining vehicles, repairing tools, or ensuring the right equipment is on-site, Nick helps keep all of Maric’s projects running smoothly. He also assists with construction tasks and takes pride in keeping job sites organized and clean, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
Nick is at his best when he’s tinkering. Whether it’s engines big or small, tools of all shapes and sizes, his dozens of mountain bikes and watches, fishing and hunting gear, or at his home, Nick is a natural-born caretaker and always looking to improve everything he touches.
As Sales Manager of the New Homes Division at Maric, Shaelynn plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient home-building experience. She supports the sales team creating partnerships with clients, keeping the sales process running seamlessly by providing new home estimates, specifications, and legal contracts along the way. With strong attention to detail and organization, Shaelynn is dedicated to creating a streamlined, stress-free experience for everyone while upholding Maric’s high standards.
Outside of work, she enjoys savoring a great cup of coffee, spending time with her husband and their dog, and making memories with a close group of friends.

By approaching every project as a truly collaborative partnership with our clients, Peri provides expertise across multiple disciplines, dedicating his energy to transforming simple ideas into intelligently planned, beautiful, cutting-edge homes.
Away from the office, Peri spends every moment he can with his beautiful wife and two young daughters.
With over 25 years of experience in custom home design, Caroline brings a unique blend of creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of her clients’ vision. Fueled by a passion for design, her love of creating bespoke spaces where families can truly feel at home is what makes her a guiding force for both our team and our clients.
When she’s not designing homes, you can find her spending time with her family while listening to music, relaxing by the pool, or cooking and baking for the next big family gathering – Caroline’s hosting and party planning skills are a close second to her design abilities.

Overseeing all aspects of the renovation process, from initial client meetings to the possession of your newly renovated home, Steve ensures each project is completed to the highest standards. With years of experience and a strong leadership presence, he manages the team and coordinates efforts to bring clients’ visions to life while maintaining smooth communication and attention to detail throughout.
Outside of work, Steve is a proud father to two little girls, and family is at the heart of everything he does. When he’s not with his family, you’ll find him on the golf course, enjoying some friendly competition, or spending weekends at the lake.
Krista oversees and coordinates renovation projects from concept to completion with a keen eye for detail and a focus on efficiency. Krista’s university education in the design field and her vast experience in the industry ensures that every project runs smoothly. By managing trades, meeting timelines, and exceeding client expectations, Krista keeps all of Maric’s renovation projects moving forward.
In addition to her professional success, Krista is a busy mom of two energetic boys. She is dedicated to improving her own health and wellness in addition to the spaces she occupies. Krista’s extensive travel experiences have also enriched her with unique insights and perspectives from around the globe.
As a Project Manager in the Renovations Division, Mike oversees every detail on site, ensuring that projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and the highest standards of quality that Maric prides itself on. With a strong focus on safety, timelines, and communication, he keeps the renovation process running smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Mike is a busy dad with active kids, often juggling family activities and sports. When he’s not on the go with his kids, he enjoys staying fit and prioritizing his health. His ability to balance a dynamic personal life with his professional expertise reflects his commitment to both his family and his craft.
With a gift of organization and communication, Carrie helps bring renovation visions to life while keeping project costs on track and our clients well-informed. Carrie thrives in overseeing the details of every project, ensuring smooth execution from start of construction to completion.
Outside of her professional life, Carrie is a proud mother. She treasures spending time with her children, family and even her furry friends.
She has a deep passion for plants and nature, which is why you can always find her at her family’s seasonal camping spot.
Charlene’s sharp analytical mind and passion for precision is present in every project she touches. With a deep understanding of renovation costs and timelines, she works closely with our renovations manager to ensure that clients receive accurate estimates and clear information, helping clients make informed decisions they can feel comfortable with.
Outside of work, Charlene enjoys spending time with family and friend’s lakeside, tending to her houseplants and garden, or perfecting her watercolour painting. Her appreciation for detail, whether in estimating or personal interests, enhances her approach to every project she tackles.
Casper has been handling guests to our office for the past two years and although he often gives a bit of a raucous welcome, he’s an important part of the Maric team. When he’s off duty, his favourite activities include 6 hour naps, and chasing after his favourite toys.
