Selected as a finalist by the CHBA Housing Excellence Awards for best home renovation in Canada in 2024.  This renovation was a complete overhaul of a 75 year-old 1-1/2 storey in a quiet wooded neighbourhood by the Red River.  Every square inch of the design was thoughtfully considered to accommodate a busy family of four – filled with useful & beautiful details throughout, this home is incredibly energy efficient to boot.
