Maric Homes proudly holds the distinction of being the first Manitoba new home builder in history to have won a Canadian Home Builders Association’s National Awards For Housing Excellence, the highest level of recognition and achievement a homebuilder can attain in Canada.  First won in 2013, Maric Homes also won again in 2021.  These prestigious awards are a testament to our spectacular designs, rigorous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Maric Homes was awarded LEED Canada for Homes GOLD Certification for 2015. This level of achievement is exceedingly rare in the residential field, as only a handful of private residences have been designated with LEED Gold; and perhaps none in Manitoba at this scale and size of custom home.
