Maric Homes proudly holds the distinction of being the first Manitoba new home builder in history to have won a Canadian Home Builders Association’s National Award For Housing Excellence.  This is the highest level of recognition and achievement a homebuilder can attain in Canada.  We have won this award an unprecedented three times in 2013, 2021, and 2023.  Maric Homes has also been nominated as a finalist amongst some of the most prestigious and well regarded builders in the country for new homes in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2021 and for renovations in 2023 and 2024.  These prestigious awards are a testament to our spectacular in-house designs, rigorous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Maric Homes was awarded LEED Canada for Homes GOLD Certification for 2015. This level of achievement is exceedingly rare in the residential field, as only a handful of private residences have been designated with LEED Gold; and perhaps none in Manitoba at this scale and size of custom home.
